The Center for Life is a 501(C) 3 organization dedicated to empowering and transforming communities through sustainable renewable energy innovations, farm-to-table culinary initiatives, community outreach, and advanced, interdisciplinary higher education. Our mission is rooted in a multi-denominational, interfaith commitment to compassion and social justice. We strive to foster unity, resilience, and ecological balance, ensuring that our innovative solutions and social programs create lasting, positive impact for all. Our unique services range from breakthrough renewable energy systems and advanced energy storage solutions to community-based culinary programs, a weekly farmers’ market, a community movie theater experience, and robust homeless outreach initiatives.

Our founder, Jerett Wingrove—known spiritually as Brother Kolbe—has over 11 years of ministry leadership experience, guided by a divine vision of unity and compassion. His commitment to bridging diverse religious communities and uniting nonprofit, religious, and social service organizations has driven the development of our innovative programs and services. Brother Kolbe’s expertise in renewable energy and community engagement, combined with his pioneering work in advanced mathematical modeling and computational simulation for energy systems, has enabled us to integrate cutting-edge science with practical, community-focused applications. His diverse experiences and consistent message of unity and empowerment serve as the foundation of our work, reinforcing our role as a unifying presence in a time of societal need.
